Over the year staff at The World of Hair & Beauty are judged on thier performance not only with clients but with fellow co- workers, their appearance and attitude to work and extra points are given for the staff who go the extra mile. Every six weeks a team member is awarded employee of the month, then at the year end the person or persons with the most wins receive the acclaimed position of employee of the year.

This years winners were Michelle and Hannah who both shared the prixe money and gifts.
